The German Museums Association (founded in 1917) is the nationwide interest group for all types of museums (historical and cultural history museums, museums of technology, museums of natural history, art museums as well as other museum categories) and for museum staff. Furthermore the Association acts as contact point for individuals who are committed to and support the manifold spectrum of museums in Germany.
